Digital Goods:
All sales of digital goods, including impulse responses and sampled instruments, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at contact@bilorecordings.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Workshop Sessions:
Refunds for workshop sessions are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled call (client is responsible for all and any PayPal fees). If you cancel within 48 hours, the session fee is non-refundable and can be rescheduled according to David's availability. If you are not satisfied with your workshop session, please reach out to us directly at contact@bilorecordings.com. We value your feedback and will work with you to address any concerns.
Satisfaction Policy:
I strive to provide the best possible service during all sessions. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out within 7 days of the session to share your concerns.
Resolutions, including follow-up sessions may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if the issue is due to factors within my control.”
No-shows: If you do not attend the session without notice, it will be considered a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
